Job Summary

  1. Marketing & Planning
  2. Work closely with the key management team (Sales, Education, and Operation) to propose and coordinate marketing activities and plans to promote products and services, to ensure business unit has effective support for short & long term growth. ie. Promotion, new product launches, new treatment launches, new centre opening, roadshows and others.

    Monitoring and analyzing market trends ie. studying market & competitors' products and services
  4. Propose and manage the allocated budget.

  2. Work with the key management team to propose for marketing campaigns that are in line with the business direction and goal.
  3. Plan and implement marketing and branding activities, including campaigns, events, signage, PR coverage and etc in supporting sales growth to meet company objectives.
  4. Ensure healthy growth of customer database – increase active customer database and recruit new customers.
  5. Responsible for all CRM and Loyalty Program development and implementation.
  6. Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data and review marketing plan on quarterly, annually and 3 yearly basis. Marketing analysis on product/treatment review, customer database, campaign review, consumer behavior on monthly basis.
  7. To visit the market regularly to study the market and competitors trends and feedback to the management on any recommendation.
  8. Manage and control Marketing & Promotion budget as per company SOPs, and ensure expenses are tracked and ROI analysis are done after each project.
  9. Supervise team members to ensure all job is well executed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree, preferable in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or relevant marketing qualifications
  • Must be good in computer, i.e. Microsoft, Excel and Power Point. Knowing adobe illustrator and photoshop is an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience – ideally in skin care, beauty clinic, spa, and cosmetic industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervision level.
  • Good communication skill and writing skill.
  • Good commercial acumen, always has sense of marketing trends especially in beauty industry.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, creative, resourceful and high attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task, persistent in her drive for improvement, planning and organising.
  • Good time management, prioritise workload demands and lead by example.
  • Problem solver and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Good people skill. Able to work well with others, able to lead, mentor and inspire a team to strive for excellence in the work they produce.
  • Willing to travel and able to work under pressure and a flexible team player.
  • Computer literate
  • Command and written in English and Thai
