You will be responsible for:

  • Setting and maintaining the standards for etiquette and service provided.
  • Coaching, training and demonstrating proper techniques and communication to the team.
  • Managing all daily operations, emphasis on guest services, fiscal responsibility cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensuring all financial and marketing opportunities are maximized in line with spa policy.
  • Resolving guest challenges with effective solutions and a bit of imagination.
  • Being knowledgeable of all spa services, pricings, offerings, specials and other services provided at the spa. 
The successful candidate has:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience, at least 2 years’ experience as Supervisor or Assistant Spa Manager in resort/hotel setting or retail sector is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create a professional and comfortable environment for all spa guests and employees.
  • Business experience with knowledge of marketing, finance and accounting is essential.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work well within a team.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to read and review financial reports, to create and maintain the spa budget
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain government required licenses, certificates or permits.
