Position: Cluster Spa Trainer
Location : SPA Cenvaree at Phuket
Qualifications and Experience:

3 Years minimum hands on work experience as senior spa trainer in international spa or equivalent and minimum 5 years experience in the industry.

Good knowledge of various massage techniques including holistic therapies such as Ayurveda and other alternative treatments.

Must process certifications in massage techniques. Certifications in Traditional Thai Medicine will be a bonus.

Certification in Spa Manager license will be a bonus.

Experience in training up selling techniques to drive treatment and retail sales, including re-bookings

International Certifications such as Cibtac, ITEC or Cidesco will be a bonus.

Demonstrates good product knowledge in international facial brands and nail care.

Minimum High School qualifications. University degree is an advantage.

Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Position Summary:

Works under the direction of Group Spa Operations, the Senior Group Spa Trainer oversees training programs for the spa chain.

Responsibilities include:
-
Implement training programs for all branches, train and assist spa therapists to achieve high performance in standard service.

Conduct pre opening set up and pre opening training for Thailand and international branches.

Coach and Guide spa team to ensure competence and service delivery standards are in compliance with group standards.

Research and create Signature Therapies for the group.

Develop treatment recipe and standard operating procedures in service delivery.
Position is based in Phuket, however would require extensive travel and including managing various pre opening assignments in various destinations.
