THERAPIST - BANGKOK
Position : Therapist
Reports to : Spa Supervisor
Department : Spa
Location : Bangkok, Thailand
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education : Certification as a qualified therapist from a recognized institution
of spa therapy or its equivalent
Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in the spa industry
: Previous experience as a therapist in a 4-5*star hotel
Personnel Requirements :
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Enthusiastic and a good team player
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Able to handle client enquiries, consultations and sales of services and products
- Able to perform professional facials, massages and body treatments
- Willing to learn
JOB SUMMARY :
Provide excellent customer service, while performing massage therapies and body treatments as assigned by spa manager or supervisor. The general responsibilities also include monitoring stock, promoting the lines of products to clients, keeping all working areas and equipment clean and organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATION
· Create first positive impression to guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner
· Contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard
as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual
· Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed
in Standard Training Manual
· Ensure that all equipments associated with services is maintained clean and functional
· Able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefits
or advantages of treatments required to guests
· Assist with demonstrations and events as required
· Participate in a new training and refreshing program as required
· Complete all assignments by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guideline
