The Thai Spa Association – Spa Operations Manual is now available. Almost two years in the making this important document has been prepared by the Standards Committee of the Thai Spa Association and reviewed by a multitude of industry professionals. This comprehensive bi-lingual document is essential to all spa operators for the establishment of their own standard of operations, and is easily adaptable for all spa types. >From General Spa policies to Operating policies, Emergency procedures, Cashiering, Appointments, Cleaning procedures, Marketing, Customer service, Job descriptions and even Time Sheets, Booking forms and Organization chart, all the base details are included for easy reference. Copies of the manual are available from the Thai Spa Association office at the address below at just THB8,000 for non members and THB2,000 for members.
