MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Types of membership are available:
1. Ordinary Membership :
This type is for individuals or companies engaged in operating spa services or supplying goods or services to the spa industry. This includes the following categories:
1.
Resort/Hotel Spa (includes cruises)
2.
Day Spa (includes clubs and fitness centers)
3.
Destination Spa
4.
Medical Spa
5.
Affiliate: those who supply professional services, products or equipment to the spa industry
Ordinary Members have one voting right per member, allowing them to take an active role in deciding the activities and direction of the Association. Two classes of Ordinary Membership are available:
Corporate:
with two nominated representatives. Up to five additional representatives are allowed who pay only the annual fee, but not the joining fee.
Individual:
one representative only.
2. Extraordinary Membership:
for those who do not fall into any of the above categories, but are interested in the spa industry and wish to take advantage of the services offered by the association. This type is suitable for media, travel industry etc. No voting rights.

- Joining fees are paid once only, upon first joining the Association. After the first year, only the annual fee is payable in January each year to renew your membership.
